Ships Made Out Of Concrete In World War I And II

During the World War I And II, steel was scarce material. Therefore, some ships were built of concrete. Specifically made of reinforced concrete.
For example, behold, this excellently preserved ship (only without deck construction) is at a berth in the port Volery Riga.
